Jump sing up with double blow or Blow of mule – the exercise reminding lyaganiye of artiodactyl animals aimed at the komplesny development of feet, back and hands.

So, rest on hands and feet with the bottom raised up.

2). After jump sing make hop of feet to breast, rise and jump it is low up.
