Fitness For All is a science-based fitness and nutrition coaching program that helps you build muscle and lose weight through a unique combination of data-driven strength, cardio & nutrition programming, one-on-one video coaching, and lifestyle optimizations tailored to you.

Fitness for All is unique among fitness programs because of our science-based, data-driven approach, which produces transformational results for our members, regardless of their age, experience or access to equipment.

Fitness For All coaches are real, accredited trainers with years of experience.

Before being hired, our coaches go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure they have both the technical expertise and communication skills required to effectively train and motivate their clients. As a result, we hire only 1% of coaches who apply to work with us.

Absolutely. At Fitness For All we strongly believe in the benefits of working with a real human coach.

While there are many one-size-fits-all fitness apps out there, Fitness For All takes a different approach. When you sign up for Fitness For All training, you work 1-on-1 with an elite fitness coach who will help you get the results you’re looking for.

Many of our members belong to a gym, but just as many work out at home using their own equipment.

Regardless of where you like to exercise, your coach will design a plan that accommodates the equipment you have access to. In fact, you can get started with no equipment at all. Your coach can design a bodyweight training plan that’s remarkably effective, especially when getting started.

You’ll use a variety of ways to communicate with your coach.

This includes live video calls, as well as video and text messaging. Your coach is available to you 24×7 and you can expect a response within a few hours (unless it’s in the middle of the night, of course!)

Your Fitness For All trainer will conduct a comprehensive progress overview once per week, which includes a detailed review of both your workout and nutrition plans.

Your trainer will make routine adjustments to your training program based on your progress, as well as tell you what the important areas are to focus on for the following week.

Of course, beyond these weekly comprehensive check-ins, your trainer is always available to answer your questions and support you in whatever way you need. Having frequent contact with your trainer is important for keeping you accountable to your fitness plan and make sure you get consistent results week after week.

Our fitness coaches measure your progress in a variety of different ways. These can include changes in your relative strength, scale weight, body fat percentage, and measurements.

You can also add progress photos, kept private between you and your coach, to see all of the visual improvements you’re making!

Having great form when training is essential both for preventing injuries and for maximizing good progress.

In Fitness For All platform, you have access to video instructions for over 500 exercises, as well as key takeaways to focus on while performing the exercise. For more complex strength training exercises like the deadlift or bench press, we include multi-step video tutorials to teach you the exercise with proper setup and form.

So in order to ensure your form is correct, your personal trainer will ask you to record videos periodically of yourself training and then upload to your coach to review and provide feedback.

Your training program is 100% customized to you, your lifestyle, your experience and your goals.

Unlike traditional personal training, Fitness For All training programs are comprehensive and highly personalized. You plan will typically include a mix of strength training and cardio activity, as well as nutrition and habit coaching.

Fitness For All coaches are accredited personal trainers and among the top 1% in their field, so you can be confident that your program will help you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.

Of course! Whether you are gluten-free, keto, vegan, paleo, Whole30, FODMAP, or you have allergies or intolerances to specific food types; we will develop your plan to fit your individual needs.

No worries! Your fitness coach can create an additional workout plan that will work with the specific demands of your schedule while traveling. Your personal trainer will also be able to offer advice on maintaining your nutrition while you’re traveling to keep you right on track.

Honestly, everybody is different. But we are confident that if you complete your workouts, stick to your nutrition plan, and engage with your personal trainer, then you will see great results quickly.

Not at all. Fitness For All are equipped to work with men and women of all ages. Some of our clients are well into their 70s and see regular improvements in strength and performance.

Absolutely. Fitness For All is the ideal way to kickstart your fitness thanks to your dedicated coach, who will work with you one-on-one to teach you everything you need to know across exercise, nutrition and habit formation. We routinely have people join Fitness For All who’ve never belonged to a gym or lifted weights.
